Nick Liput
Founder & CEO
Nick began Rocky Mountain Outdoor Living in 2007 and has grown the company from a young landscaping company to the Outdoor Living powerhouse it is today. His ability to continue to grow the company is rooted in delivering on his promises to his customers, his attention to detail, and hiring and motivating a team that believes in the company's mission. Nick is involved in every facet of the business. Although he is the CEO, it is not unusual to see him at our various projects and speaking with our customers to ensure their satisfaction working with Rocky Mountain Outdoor Living.
Rachel Liput
Administration Manager
Rachel is the Administration Manager and oversees the team in the Rocky Mountain Outdoor Living's office. Her expertise in establishing processes to maximize performance and timelines assists the team to remain organized and be successful. In addition to overseeing the office, she also assists with city and HOA permitting.
Darby Wilcox
Sales Executive
Darby brings extensive knowledge of the outdoor living industry into this new role. Darby assists every client in finding the unique outdoor living space that suits their outdoor living needs.
Ann-Marie Vallone
Client Success Manager
As a Client Success Manager, I liaise between the Sales Executives and Project Managers, ensuring clients have ongoing communication throughout their experience with RMOL. I gather client information and work with designers, engineers, and others to create and submit clients' HOA design requests and permitting packets to the appropriate municipality. I also communicate start times to clients, prepare packets for project walks, and provide updates throughout the project.
Nick Forest
Sales Executive
Nick is a Colorado native who grew up in the south Denver area. His career began in education and coaching, but most recently, it has been in the wholesale energy and waste consulting sector. He looks forward to helping you create the outdoor oasis of your dreams as one of our dedicated Sales Executives.
Mark Gentry
Sales Executive
As a sales team member, Mark is excited to work with clients in their pursuit of the perfect backyard oasis. His professional experiences include being an Athletics Director and Varsity Baseball Coach at an NAIA/DIII private university and, for the past 20 years, Market Research for Asset Manager clients focusing on Product Sales/Distribution. His extensive data analysis and research background assures you will make a well-informed and ultimately best-fit decision for your project.
Jeremy Silvia
Carpentry Superintendent
With over 25 years in the Carpentry Industry, Jeremy brings his expertise to his position as the Carpentry Superintendent at Rocky Mountain Outdoor Living. He oversees the construction process for deck building, roof additions, pergola construction, and more. He also communicates with the customer and our team to ensure that the completed project exceeds our client's expectations. Originally from Cape Cod, MA, Jeremy has resided in Colorado since the early 90's.
Matthew Davis
Carpentry Project Manager
Matthew brings his extensive knowledge from the carpentry industry and his time at the Deck Superstore to Rocky Mountain Outdoor Living as a Carpentry Project Manager. During his time here, he has helped oversee many beautiful deck construction projects, pergolas, and roof additions. He looks forward to helping craft your next custom deck.
Edgar Torres
Hardscapes Project Manager
With a wealth of experience as a business owner, Edgar has had the privilege of overseeing numerous projects. This extensive experience, coupled with his 18 years in the construction trades and collaboration with the best in Colorado, equips Edgar to handle your project from start to finish confidently. If you can dream it, we can build it!
